Do you ship?
Shipping is not available. We currently offer local pickup or delivery only.
What type buttercream do you use?
We use a crusted American buttercream; cream cheese frosting is not available at the moment.
Can I choose my own flowers?
At this time, custom flower requests are unavailable. You may choose only from the floral designs currently posted. If a flower design is not listed or shown, it is not available for order.
Color Inspiration: If you have a preferred shade or color intensity, please send an email with an inspo photo including your order number to tymelesscupcakez@icloud.com. While we make every effort to closely match your requested colors, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Buttercream colors are custom hand-mixed, and factors such as lighting, food coloring, and the nature of buttercream may affect the final appearance.
If no inspo photo is provided, all shades and intensities of color will be selected at the discretion of Tymeless Cupcakez to best complement your selected color palette.
Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free options?
We do not offer specialty dietary options.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Orders required within a 72-hour window may be accepted if availability is open, with a $60 rush fee. Contact 954-552-7783 before placing the order.
How to store my cupcakes
For the best taste and freshness, cupcakes should be enjoyed within 1-2 days of pickup. To preserve freshness, store in an airtight container, wrapped tightly with plastic wrap, and freeze if needed. Cupcakes should be kept refrigerated until ready to enjoy. Before serving, allow cupcakes to come to room temperature for the best flavor and texture. Avoid direct sunlight or warm conditions, as floral buttercream designs will melt.

All cupcakes are prepared in a kitchen where peanuts and other allergens may be present. While care is taken during preparation, cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
How to Order
Pickup - Choose Your Pickup Location

Covington Pickup - Select if you'd like to pick up your order in Covington.

Stonecrest Pickup - Select if you'd like to pick up your order in Stonecrest.

Corporate & Event Orders - Select this option for corporate and large events (Pick up location will be Covington).
Delivery

Enter your delivery address, then select Deliver From: Georgia 212 for standard deliveries.

For corporate and large events, select Corporate & Event Orders, choose your preferred delivery date and time, and then choose your items.
Delivery Arrival Notice

To help ensure your order is delivered in the best possible condition, please be available at the scheduled delivery time.

A 15-minute grace period is included after the driver arrives.

If we are unable to complete the delivery within the first 15 minutes, an additional $20 waiting fee will be charged for one additional 15-minute wait.

After a total of 30 minutes, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful.

At that point, the order must be picked up by the customer in Covington, or a new delivery attempt may be scheduled for an additional $40 redelivery fee, subject to availability.
Please Note: Our floral cupcakes are handcrafted and time-sensitive. Prompt acceptance of your delivery helps preserve their presentation and quality.

Refund & Order Policy
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available.
If there is an issue with your order, contact Tymeless Cupcakez within 24 hours of pick up or delivery so we can discuss the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Once cupcakes are picked up, delivered, or otherwise in the customer's possession, Tymeless Cupcakez is not responsible for any damages caused by improper handling, transportation, storage, or environmental conditions (including heat exposure).
For best results, cupcakes should be kept refrigerated and transported carefully on a flat surface.
